NOC Calls Tender for Importing Fuel

Oct 8, 2015-Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has brought into fill the delicate for the circulation of petroleum items and LP Gas on Thursday. The partnership has given a due date of three days to fill in the delicate.

The NOC required a delicate to import petroleum items from any nations through any medium for 15 days after the informal bar forced by India offered ascend to fuel emergency. The state oil restraining infrastructure has been given the obligation to import flight fuel, petroleum, diesel, lamp fuel and LP gas from any nation through any methods by the Cabinet.

The NOC has called the delicate to import 200 kilolitre each of flight fuel, diesel and lamp oil, 100 kilolitre of petrol and 100 metric ton of LP gas.
NOC acting Director Mukunda Ghimire said that a worldwide delicate had been summoned to facilitate the circulation of petroleum items until further notice.

As fuel emergency extends, the administration is considering carrying petroleum items focusing on the up and coming Dashain celebration.
